My husband and I just returned from Quebec City and stayed at the Place d' Armes. Although we enjoyed our stay, we were surprised that there was no bellman. The person at the front desk helped us take our luggage up the two flights of stairs but we had to do it ourselves when we checked out. The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. Great view of the busy street below...you can hear the music of the street performers.

After spending long hours debating about which hotel to stay at, my boyfriend and I chose this one. I cannot tell you how glad I am that we did! From start to finish, this hotel was fantastic. We went for a long weekend, and actually ended up staying for three nights because of a snow storm (We stayed Feb 28 - March 3). The employees were extremely pleasant and helpful. Veroni (not sure if I spelled that right) even wrote out directions for us step by step, because her computer would only print in french. She was adorable and so kind! The breakfasts that were included with the stay at the restaurant downstairs were unbelievable!! What a delightful meal - have never had such a great breakfast included in a stay before! Each morning we looked forward to going downstairs and having it. The location was equally perfect - close to anything that you could possibly want to do in the city! The atmosphere was cozy, charming, and better than I could have imagined. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone! THANK YOU AUBERGE Place d' Armes!!!!

great little hotel highly reccommend this hotel. very convenient location. FANTASTIC staff, all very friendly and helpful. rooms are nice and cozy. good breakfast and on days when the weather is not great it is very convenient having a nice restaurant in house.
