We had a fabulous 2 night stay here a couple of weeks ago. Our room, although fairly small, was quaint and unique. The front desk staff was wonderful, recommending a perfect restaurant for our dinner and providing umberellas as it was pouring. There was free internet service in the lobby as well as comfortable seating for relaxing, reading or socializing with other guests. Free coffee, espresso, etc were available all day as well. The bed was very comfortable and had chocolates placed beside it, on the night table, each day. Breakfast was excellent: bagels, toast, cereals, hard boiled eggs, cheese, yogourt, fruit and a delicious pork pate. It was hard to stop eating!!! Location was perfect for walking anywhere in the old town. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and will hopefully return on our next trip to Quebec City.

Excellent Hotel. Staff is friendly, breakfast is great, unlimited coffee/cappuccino - all day. I loved the location because it's in the center of everything yet away from the busy shopping streets. I was there in December and January and stayed at this hotel both times and if I go back, I will stay there again. It's nice and quiet and has everything you 'need' in a sufficient way. Quebec City in of itself is a trip worth from anywhere in the world specifically Americans who don't want to travel to Europe - this city is the closest European feel and look you'll get. Lovely!! Don't miss the toboggan ride near Chateau Frontenac and if you have at least a half a day for skiing, see Mont St Anne. I loved it. Great powder and terrains with views of St Lawrence River. Also my favorite eatery I go back during all my visits to Quebec City is Le Cochon Dingue and Le Petit Cochon Dingue! The food in the regular restaurant (Dinner) is scrumptious! The dishes (we ordered almost everything on the menu) brought out every taste bud in the most colorful way. Not to be missed.

freindly, cozy, and very comfy the staff were extremely nice,if you needed anything they were more than happy to provide. The bedrooms were very cozy and had a just like home feel. The bedroom where breakfast was served was very well maintained and nicely decorated. The breakfast was great and has an excellent selection. That hotel was perfect for a romantic vacation, the rooms had comforting fireplaces. Even if the hotel was smaller than some others, it was like high class inside.

Great little place in the heart of old Quebec City Spent two nights and we were very satisfied with it. It was very clean, the room was spacious and pleasantly decorated, the lounge area with the fireplace was comfortable. Complimentary continental breakfast with excellent service staff was quite enjoyable. If they had a small gym or fitness center, it would have everything I need.
